Projects

I am currently based in Bristol working as a freelance sound designer and music composer for the computer games developer FluffyLogic. In May 2010 I was nominated for an Ivor Novello Award for Best Original Video Game Score for my work on Savage Moon: Waldgeist, in the first year that a new category has been created for computer game music. I am also a graphic/web designer and maintain and host a number of websites.

Eat Them!
New music and sfx for PS3/PSN game by FluffyLogic, due in December 2010

Star Wars: Battle for Hoth iPhone App
New music score and use of Lucas Arts original sfx for iPhone App tower defence game by FluffyLogic Development. Due for release June 2010.

Savage Moon: Hera Campaign for PSP
All new music score and sfx for the PSP version of the classic tower defense game Savage Moon, which was released on 22nd December 2009.

Two By Two for iPhone
Music for flash & iPhone/iPod Touch game released in September 2009. Use your mouse to throw a net, rescuing the animals in pairs before the oncoming storm causes a flood.

Savage Moon: Waldgeist DLC for PS3
New music score for the Waldgeist DLC add-on pack for the tower defense game Savage Moon on PlayStation3, released in August 2009.

Savage Moon Remixes
Myself and four Japanese electronic music producers take on the challenge of remixing the Savage Moon soundtrack, and creating a viral blog campaign to get the word out!

Savage Moon on PS3
Music score and SFX for tower defense strategy game on Sony’s PlayStation Network (PS3), released on Christmas Eve 2008. The audio was descibed by videogamer.com as “Brilliantly uncomfortable” and scored 9/10.

Illumination
Sound design and recording for a short animation by Roaring Girl Productions.

Mediascape
Music and sfx for two location-based GPS games (Mediascapes) Hidden Danger UXB & Doubloons, for Hewlett-Packard Labs Bristol as part of their Mscape project.

Mobile Bristol
Soundscape for Mobile Bristol, using GPS a handheld PC and headphones fitted with a compass to demonstrate directional sound capability.

Riot 1831!
Interactive location-based audio drama set in Bristol’s Queen Square in 1831. Created for Hewlett-Packard’s Research Lab and Mobile Bristol.

Walk In The Woods
Music and sfx for an interactive/location-based art installation, in collaboration with Bristol based artist Liz Milner and HP Labs Bristol.
